 MEET MYLA!!

MYLA IS  A VERY SWEET 8 YO BLENHEIM CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL.  SHE WAS MUCH LOVED BY HER FORMER OWNER; WHO HAD HER SINCE MYLA WAS A PUPPY.  SHE WAS UNABLE TO KEEP HER AND WANTED HER TOHAVE THE BEST HOME POSSIBLE.  SHE TURNED TO SADIE’S RESCUE FOR HELP. 

MYLA IS HEALTHY. SHE IS A BIT OVERWEIGHT BUT IS WORKING ON THAT.  SHE CURRENTLY WEIGHS 21.8 POUNDS.   SHE IS UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS.  SHE IS SPAYED AND TOTALLY HOUSE AND CRATE TRAINED.  SHE SLEEPS IN HER CRATE WITHOUT OBJECTION.  

MYLA IS VERY DEVOTED TO HER PERSON.  SHE  IS CONTENT TO SIT QUIETLY WITH THATPERSON.  SHE LEARNS  QUICKLY AND IS VERY MALEABLE TO DIFFERENT ROUTINES.   SHE STAYS FOR HOURS AT HOME ALONE WITHOUT A WIMPER OR ANY DESTRUCTION.  SHE GETS ALONG WELL WITH OTHER DOGS.  SHE LOVES TO GO FOR WALKS BUT IS NOT PARTICULARLY HIGH ENERGY.

Please keep in mind there are many factors to consider when choosing the right match for a dog, so an application cannot guarantee adoption. Nor do we work on a "first come first served" basis, but rather strive to find the best match for the personality of each dog.

As part of our adoption process, references both personal and veterinarian will be checked. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region.  Please only apply if you are serious about adopting as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers.
