Are you looking for a new friend? Someone with four feet and a fluffy tail? Someone with the ability to go for a nice long walk, sleep on the couch and watch movies -OR- be a lookout for the neighborhood watch? Well we have the right girl for you! Please meet Carmella aka Carm for short! She is the sweetest girl with a big smile and perky ears that can’t be beat! Carm can be shy, but once she has warmed up to you, her curious and playful nature shines. She loves playing in the yard, chasing snowballs and snuggling. Carmella also loves sitting in the window and watching all the neighborhood activities.
She has lived with puppy siblings in the past, but can be selective about other dogs. She is currently fostered as an only dog and loves the one on one attention! She has recently enjoyed some playdates with a good puppy friend as well!! Carmella does well in her crate (especially when she gets to take her peanut butter Kong in with her!) and loves cuddling with her human at night.
If you are looking for a sweet, loyal pup who will keep you entertained, look no further! Please note Carm is selective when it comes to men, she is looking for a new best girlfriend!! With time and proper slow introductions she would potentially learn that guys can be great too!

Please keep in mind there are many factors to consider when choosing the right match for a dog, so an application does not guarantee adoption. Nor do we work on a "first come first served" basis, rather we strive to find the best match for the personality of each dog and the lifestyle of every family who applies.
As part of our adoption process, both personal and veterinarian references will be checked. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore, we only adopt to our local WNY region. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting, as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers.
