Meet Moses! A charming Southern gentleman, Moses was rescued from a crowded shelter in North Carolina, and recently made the trip to Buffalo where he is now searching for his forever family. Moses’ foster mom affectionately calls him ‘Lover Boy’, as he simply LOVES to be loved, and has so much love to give in return. He will happily accept all of the pets, scratches, and belly rubs you have to offer, and is often at his happiest just laying next to you on the couch or resting his head on your lap. When he is not cuddled up next to you or gazing lovingly into your eyes, Moses loves to play, go on walks, chew on a good chew toy, and is really just happy to be along for the ride, wherever you may be. Moses has THE most enthusiastic tail wag around, and his pure joy for life is contagious. He is oh so gentle with his young (human) foster siblings, and loves to play with his doggy foster sibling as well. We believe he would benefit from having another dog in the home to play with. (No chickens, though! Moses’ future home does need to be a chicken-free zone!) Moses is diligently working on his crate and potty training skills and while he is making great progress, he will only benefit from continued patience and training in order to master his skills in these areas! Moses would be a wonderful addition to an active family who is ready to love and be loved in return! If you feel you may like to welcome Moses into your home and have him by your side for your daily adventures, please submit an application today! If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application at www.sadiesrescue.org As part of our adoption process, references both personal and veterinarian will be checked. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers. More about MosesGood with Dogs, Good with Kids
