Hi! I’m Ruthie but my foster mom calls me Rue. I’m an 18 month old Australian Cattle Dog/Shepard mix. I’m crate trained, house trained & I know a bunch of words like sit, hold & off. My foster mom says I’m super smart, super active & just want to play and be loved! I’m respectful of small dogs, and I Love to run around with my 25 lb cocker spaniel friend. I ahve also made many new friends at doggie daycare! Do you have a yard and another young dog I could run around with? I would sooo love that! I walk on a leash pretty well and will be great with more practice. We are working on my self-confidence, as I will cringe & bark if someone moves too fast. Men scare me, especially if they are carrying something in their hands. I don’t think small children would be good for me at this time. I don’t want to be afraid anymore. Will you work with me, love me & can keep me busy, Mind & Body? And let me sleep on the couch next to you after our busy day? I will love you Furever! Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region.
