Greetings Buffalo! I’m Coco! I used to have a family, but my human had to go into something called “assisted living” and now I need a new one to spend the rest of my days with. I’m 11 years young and approximately 50lbs. I’m a little chubby- so I’m hoping that weight will change… soon.. but who knows because I’m a lazy couch potato who loves all things tasty and delicious. The humans are calling me a Cattle Dog mix but I can’t even with the thought of herding cattle. I am a sophisticated woman who requires a soft bed and endless belly rubs. I do enjoy a short walk and a good bone to chew on, but other than that I’m pretty much human. I am crate trained, potty trained, I walk beautifully on leash, I don’t chew, I rarely bark, and I love everyone I meet. I have had dog and cat foster siblings and they’re cool I guess. I would be thrilled to be an only child and soak up all the attention but I’m also willing to share some if I have to. I love to be around my human siblings- kids are my favorite. Foster mom says that I’m pure perfection and that anyone would be blessed to have me as their fur kid. I promise I have lots of love to give Please keep in mind there are many factors to consider when choosing the right match for a dog, so an application cannot guarantee adoption. Nor do we work on a "first come first served" basis, but rather strive to find the best match for the personality of each dog. As part of our adoption process, references both personal and veterinarian will be checked. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers. More about CocoGood with Dogs, Good with Cats
